Can I buy a building package from you?

Yes, our packages include trusses, steel roofing and siding, plus insulation board. You would need to supply concrete, lumber, o.h. doors, and windows.

Can I buy just my trusses from you?

Yes, we will sell you trusses only.

Can I use steel purlins instead of wood purlins?

Yes, with our tabs you can use 2 x 4, 2 x 6 or steel purlins.

Is it possible for me to haul my trusses myself?

Yes, your trusses will come in four pieces, 2 legs and 2 rafter sections.

Do I pay extra for the bolts and bracing?

No, all your bolts and bracing are in the price of your truss, including your foundation bolts.

What if I want to pour my concrete before I get my trusses?

Let us know when you want to pour and we will get your anchor bolts to you. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE YOU START TO FORM CONCRETE.

Are your trusses engineered?

Yes, but some places will require a raised seal print or a seal from an engineer in your state. Our engineer will get you a raised seal print, if he is licensed in your state, or he will work with a local engineer. These engineering charges will be your responsability. Estimated engineering cost is $400.00 minimum.

Does the lean-to truss come with the other truss?

No, the lean-to is a separate piece that will u-bolt to the truss leg. The lean-to’s may be added at a later date.

Do you finance?

No, we require payment in full when delivered or picked up.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Do you accept personal checks?

Yes, we take personal checks locally and out of area cashier checks.

How much lead time do you need before I can pick up my trusses?

We try to keep all sizes on the price list in stock. Should we be out of stock, we can usually have your trusses ready within 7 to 10 working days.

Can I get my trusses delivered?

Yes, in the local area our truck will deliver, but our package quotes will be cheaper freight than trusses only. Out of the local area we use a common carrier. You will need to supply help or equipment to unload.

Are you open on Saturdays?

No, for religious reasons, we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
